1. Plaster Ceiling Installation
To create a clean and polished look, we installed a sleek plaster ceiling throughout the home. This not only adds a touch of elegance but also helps to conceal wiring and piping, contributing to a more streamlined and cohesive interior design.
2. SPC Flooring Installation
We replaced the existing flooring with high-quality Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring 5mm (thk), known for its durability, water resistance, and low maintenance. SPC flooring offers the perfect balance of style and functionality, providing a modern look while being practical for everyday living. The chosen design enhances the home’s aesthetic appeal, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
3. Wainscoting Accents
To add character and sophistication to the interior, we incorporated wainscoting in key areas of the home. This timeless design element not only protects walls from wear and tear but also elevates the overall decor.
4. Full Interior Painting
A fresh coat of paint can work wonders, and this project was no exception. We carried out a full interior painting job, using premium-quality paints (NIPPON EASY WASH) in carefully curated colors. Project Description: Design & Build Project – Townhouse (4 Units).
Semi D House Design & Build Project, located at Jenderam Dengkil, where we build a townhouse development into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space. This comprehensive project involved the complete design and construction of four townhouse units, each meticulously crafted to meet high standards of quality and style. Below is a detailed breakdown of the work completed:
1. Plaster Ceiling Installation
To create a clean and sophisticated look, we installed plaster ceilings throughout all four units.
2. Ceramic Tile Flooring (2’x2’)
All units feature durable and stylish 2’x2’ ceramic tile flooring. These tiles were chosen for their durability, ease of maintenance, and timeless design.
3. Kitchen Concrete Top with Tiles (2’x4’)
The kitchens were designed with functionality and style in mind. We installed concrete countertops finished with 2’x4’ ceramic tiles, providing a sturdy and easy-to-clean surface.
4. Decorative Flush Doors & Solid Wood Entrance Doors
To elevate the interior design, we incorporated decorative flush doors throughout the units. These doors add a touch of sophistication while maintaining a sleek and modern look.
5. Foldable Aluminum Toilet Doors
The bathrooms feature foldable aluminum doors, combining functionality with a modern design. These doors are space-saving, durable, and resistant to moisture, making them an ideal choice for bathroom spaces.
6. Internal & External Painting (Nippon Paint)
A fresh coat of paint can transform any space, and we used premium Nippon Paint for both the internal and external surfaces. The chosen color palette reflects a modern and timeless aesthetic, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout the units.
7. Balcony & Staircase Tiling (Heavy-Duty Tiles)
The two balconies in each unit were fitted with heavy-duty tiles, ensuring durability and resistance to weather conditions. The staircases were also tiled, combining safety with a sleek and modern design.
8. Level 1 Balcony Beautification with Ventilation Blocks
To enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the Level 1 balcony, we added 1-meter-high ventilation blocks. These blocks not only provide privacy but also allow for proper airflow, creating a comfortable and stylish outdoor space.

Project Description: Major Renovation of Semi-Detached House
Major Renovation Project, located at Kinarut KK Sabah where we transformed a semi-detached house into a modern, functional, and visually stunning home. This extensive renovation involved demolishing 60% of the existing structure and rebuilding it according to a new layout, with a focus on maximizing space, natural light, and breathtaking sea views. Below is a detailed breakdown of the work completed:
1. Demolition & New Layout Design
We demolished 60% of the existing house and redesigned the layout to optimize space and functionality. The kitchen was relocated to the front of the house, offering stunning sea views and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
2. SPC Flooring (4mm)
The entire house was upgraded with 4mm SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring, chosen for its durability, water resistance, and modern aesthetic. This flooring provides a sleek, unified look throughout the home while being practical for everyday living.
3. Plaster Ceiling with Ambient Lighting
To create a bright and inviting atmosphere, we installed plaster ceilings throughout the house, complemented by ambient lighting in surrounding areas.
4. Ceramic Tiles in Toilets (2’x2’)

5. Quartz Stone Kitchen Countertop with Spray Paint Finish

A fresh coat of Nippon Paint was applied to both the interior and exterior of the house.

BANGLOW - INTERIOR DESIGN
Project Description: Interior Design & Build – 2-Storey Bungalow, Section 12, PJ, Kuala Lumpur
Interior Design & Build Project, where we transformed a 2-storey bungalow in Section 12, Petaling Jaya, into a modern, functional, and visually stunning home. This comprehensive project involved a complete overhaul of the existing space, including layout reconfiguration, aesthetic upgrades, and the addition of luxurious features. 1. Kitchen Renovation: Wet & Dry Split
The existing kitchen was demolished and redesigned to include a split wet and dry kitchen layout.
2. Swimming Pool Installation
The old fish pond was removed and replaced with a stunning 6ft x 40ft swimming pool.
3. Flooring Upgrade (2’x2’ Tiles)
The entire ground floor was upgraded with 2’x2’ tiles, offering a clean, modern look while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
4. Roof Repainting & Ceiling Varnishing
The entire roof was repainted to refresh its appearance and protect it from the elements. Additionally, the solid wood ceiling and solid timber flooring were meticulously varnished to restore their natural beauty and enhance their longevity.
5. Sanitary & Electrical Fittings Upgrade
All sanitary fittings were replaced with premium Mocha brand products, while electrical fittings were upgraded with Retouch brand fixtures.
6. Pergola & Garden Landscaping
A new 10’x6’ pergola was constructed, creating a stylish outdoor living space. The surrounding garden area was landscaped to complement the pergola, adding greenery and tranquility to the property.
7. Modern Façade Redesign
The entire house façade was redesigned to achieve a modern and contemporary look. This transformation not only enhances the home’s curb appeal but also aligns it with the latest architectural trends.

Our scope of work included designing and supplying all new interior layouts, as per approval, along with soft furnishings and decor to create a cohesive and luxurious living space. This project began with Majlis approval submission and was executed using SIRIM-endorsed materials to ensure quality and compliance. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious, functional, and resort-inspired living space. Below is a detailed breakdown of the work completed:
1. Plaster Ceiling Mixed with Timber Strip Ceiling
To add warmth and sophistication, we combined plaster ceilings with timber strip ceilings, creating a unique and elegant look throughout the home.
2. Ceramic Tile Flooring (2’x2’ Matte Finish)
The entire ground floor was fitted with 2’x2’ ceramic tiles in a matte finish, offering a sleek, modern look while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
