Company Practice: Yassin Recitation and Dua' for Barakah, Project Success, and Worker Protection

As part of our company’s commitment to fostering a harmonious and spiritually grounded workplace, we have established a meaningful practice to gather all employees for a Yassin recitation session. This event is held continuously for three weeks every Thursday, once every three months, with the intention of seeking barakah (blessings) in our business operations, the smooth execution of all projects, and the protection and well-being of our workers.

During these sessions, employees come together to recite Surah Yassin collectively, followed by heartfelt dua' (prayers) for divine guidance, success, and ease in all endeavors. We specifically pray for the prosperity and growth of our business, the timely and efficient completion of projects, and the safety, health, and protection of our team members. This practice not only strengthens our spiritual connection but also promotes unity, positivity, and a sense of shared purpose among the workforce.
